The Shires Tempest Lite Turnout Rug is a well priced lightweight, waterproof breathable, 600 denier turnout rug with double breast straps, cross surcingles and tail flap. Please note this rug does not have leg straps but does have a removaable webbing fillet strap with trigger clip attached to 2 D rings.
